Payment information

If you make a payment through LawPay, LawPay processes the transaction. Emerytus Law does not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Payment processing is subject to LawPay’s terms and privacy practices.

Information you submit through this website or by email before an engagement agreement is signed may not be privileged and may not be treated as confidential. Please do not submit sensitive information until we have confirmed representation and provided secure intake or document sharing instructions.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including professional responsibility and record keeping requirements, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.
